Bungie Says: “We Make Games That We Want to Play”

halo3_odstBungie Studios has an exceptionally good E3 showing with Halo 3: ODST and the announcement of Halo: Reach for Autumn 2010. Yes, they’ve never had a bad year at E3 thanks to Halo, but the developer continues to assert their top-notch presentation skills and production values. Does it reaffirm their basic thinking? One would think so, since Bungie’s tagline is now, “We Make Games That We Want to Play”.

Luckily, Bungie’s titles are usually games gamers end up wanting to play as well. Let’s hope their new motto carries them through this year and the next.

This is why Bungie is one of the best developers out there, not to mention one of history’s greatest. They are the fans of their own games. They know what the people want.

until they sell games without the word “HALO” or any character which resembles Master Chief, i’m not impressed with them

I don’t like the fact that they don’t make PC versions/ports anymore! :-(

to bad they don’t make something new and instead of making halo after halo, i mean whats next halo kart racing or halo tennis I mean damn i like halo too but are they just going to bleed the series dry and sell games on name alone.
