3D is taking center stage again, with the latest offering from NVIDIA. GeForce 3D Vision is the name and what is on offer is a set of battery-powered, wireless glasses, with an IR emitter, which acts as the mediator between your desktop, or a 120Hz PC LCD or a DLP HD television. Yup, for about $199, you can have a slice of the 3D fun, but however, as mentioned a little earlier, only on a 120Hz PC LCD or a DLP HD television. That would be the one down side, where special LCD’s are required to take absolute advantage of these high end spectacles.

But how’s this for an incentive, WoW:WotLK and Left 4 Dead are already 3D Vision compatible, with word of more compatible titles to be announced soon.
