Valve sure likes to keep its players content, and if providing them that content is the way, then full steam ahead. The company just announced its Heavy update for the wildly popular online shooter Team Fortress 2, that adds no less than 35 achievements and three new weapons for the Heavy Class to cheat on his beloved Sasha with on August 19th.
However, that’s not all, as a new game mode containing five arenas, the community made map cp_steel, and a new map for the Payload game type are also on the cards. Valve plans to reveal more details on its site leading up to the update, and will be hosting a free-play weekend promotion on August 22nd for the multi-platform title. Maybe now the Heavy will be able to knock Medic and Pyro with all their spiffy new tools from the last upgrade flat on their pants… in Hell (yeah, I know… just not the same without the Demolitions man).
